Product Travel Administrator 

This is a hybrid role based in our Manchester office with flexibility for homeworking, so you must live within a commutable distance

For our Cycling, Running, Triathlon and custom programmes, we're looking for a Product Travel Administrator to join our existing product team to verify, load and manage product on our online booking platform. This role will involve liaising with our international teams in our UK, US and Australia based offices. 


This is a varied, hands on role and on a typical day you will;

      • Work alongside the product, operations & sales teams to ensure product is loaded & managed on the online booking system. 
      • Review & sense check all product before upload to the booking system. 
      • Review content issued by product managers on Content Management System (CMS) to ensure consistency 
      • Assist with inventory management 
      • Ensure best practice is achieved in all processes 
      • Be proactive with potential improvements on BEST 
      • Ensure all product is appropriately loaded & correct including pricing & content used 
      • Liaise with system developers to report any faults & bugs in various systems via Jira
      • Communicate any delays to the relevant team members & departments 
      • Assist the operations team with delivery of product by ensuring any required reports are available 
      • Support Product Managers with updates for trading meetings & any ad hoc support tasks

  • The ability to prioritise workload while working within multiple projects & to deadlines 
  • Possess strong organisation skills 
  • Have the ability to analyse data
  • Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including; Word, Outlook and demonstrating Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills both verbal & written
