Product Travel Administrator 

This is a hybrid role based in our Manchester office, so you must live within a commutable distance

All of the brands offer tours, travel packages, and guaranteed entry to marathons, cycling events, long-distance triathlons, HYROX events around the world, together with VIP hospitality access to many of the top professional cycling events as well as managing travel programs for mass participation events on behalf of charities, companies and groups throughout the year. For our Cycling, Running, Triathlon and custom programmes, we're looking for a Product Travel Administrator to join our existing product team to verify, load and manage product on our online booking platform. This role will involve liaising with our international teams in our UK, US and Australia based offices. 


This is a varied, hands on role and on a typical day you will;

  • Work alongside the product, operations & sales teams to ensure product is loaded & managed on the online booking system. 

  • Review & sense check all product before uploading to the booking system. 

  • Review content issued by product managers on Content Management System (CMS) to ensure consistency 

  • Assist with inventory management 

  • Ensure best practice is achieved in all processes 

  • Be proactive with potential improvements on systems BEST and DAISY

  • Ensure all product is appropriately loaded & correct including pricing & content used 

  • Liaise with system developers to report any faults & bugs in various systems via Jira

  • Communicate any delays to the relevant team members & departments 

  • Assist the operations team with delivery of product by ensuring any required reports are available 

  • Support Product Managers with updates for trading meetings & any ad hoc support tasks 

Job requirements

To be successful within this role, our ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous working experience in an administrative role (within the travel industry would be highly advantageous but not essential)

  • Demonstrate outstanding numerical, spelling & grammar skills

  • Have great attention to detail 

  • Be able to prioritise workload while working within multiple projects & to deadlines 

  • Possess strong organisation skills 

  • Be numbers focussed with the ability to analyse data

  • Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including; Word, Outlook and demonstrating Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • Possess excellent communication skills both verbal & written
