• A can-do attitude & mindset

• Dedication to your studies for the duration of the course 

• Be computer literate with experience of Microsoft office packages including Word & Excel 

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow instructions

• The ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives

• Have a proactive approach to the apprenticeship and its tasks, ask questions and learn from the wider team

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 

• Confidence to communicate to stakeholders at all levels of seniority both internally & externally
