This is a hybrid role based in our Manchester office with flexibility for homeworking, so you must live within a commutable distance.

Due to an exciting time of growth we are now looking for a Travel Administrator to join our operations team based in our Manchester Head Office. This customer focused role will support the existing team of Tour Coordinators with administration, operational and organisational tasks to ensure the smooth running & completion of tours.
No two days are the same in this broad role, but on a typical day you will
Support our team of Tour Coordinators with operational tasks including researching, booking & securing excursions for tours. This will also include booking transportation for Travel Representatives where required
Take ownership & be the point of contact for a small number of own UK based tours
Support the existing team with any general administration tasks such as processing booking amendments & handling any ad-hoc requests
Be the key contact for our kit supplier and take ownership of ordering, packaging & sending inspiresport kit to our Travel Representatives prior to their tour
Liaise with 3rd party providers on all aspects of the tour e.g accommodation providers
Use our database to source & request local fixtures for our UK tours
Ensure all information is communicated accurately to all required stakeholders & in a timely manner both internally & externally
Proactively seek out opportunities to help other team members as dictated by the booking and the urgency of the action required
Use our company systems and learn our products
Show flexibility in multi-tasking in different areas as required by other team members
Have the opportunity, if desired to attend sports tours in a ‘rep’ capacity both within the UK & internationally
Job requirements
To be successful within this role, our ideal candidate will:
Have exceptional administration & organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Have previous experience in a fast paced administration focussed role (highly advantageous)
Have a passion in our core offering of sport & travel
Be confident in communicating to stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Have outstanding attention to detail
Be computer literate with strong IT skills: especially with Microsoft packages (Excel, Word,)
Have the ability to provide exceptional customer service even in a fast paced environment
Have the ability to keep calm in an often demanding role
Be able to travel both within the UK & internationally to assist with tours (if desired)
